Processing Time

Orders are typically processed next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your account and viewing your orders here: Order History.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to our support team.

Return to Sender & Undelivered Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order amount, deducting a 30% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. A new shipping fee will apply if you wish to have the order reshipped.

 

Orders returned to us due to the following circumstances will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and will not have shipping fees refunded:

 

• Failure to sign for the package

Failure to retrieve the package from your local postal or courier office

Refusal of the package

Incorrect or missing shipping details

 

If you wish to have the order reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

Shipping Protection, Damages & Defects

To qualify for replacements or compensation in the event of a lost or damaged order, you must purchase shipping protection ($9.99). If you opt out of shipping protection, your order will not be eligible for replacements or compensation due to loss, damage, or theft. No exceptions.

 

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any issues, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery. In the event of a damaged or defective item, we will offer either a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.

 

Important: Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery to allow us to work with the courier on an investigation. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for compensation or replacement.
