Refund and Exchange Policy

We take great care in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Online Courses

We want you to feel confident in your learning journey. If our online courses don’t meet your expectations, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at info@thebrowshop.com within this timeframe, and our team will be happy to assist you. Please note that if your course includes a kit, you will be responsible for shipping it back to us before the refund can be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all orders before they leave our facility, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know within 10 days of delivery. Email us at info@thebrowshop.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and find the best solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us for assistance, and we’ll be happy to help.
